Please complete the application below and submit. Applications received before 4pm Friday will be considered same day, if possible. Applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the first day of production. Applicants will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Incomplete applications will not be considered. To receive a permit, you must complete this form and it will be pending multiple departmental reviews and our staff availability. This contact is for emergence only. Any non-emergency contact will be referred to the next available regular business day and will be subject to the 30 day requirement.
